“We booked a King Size - 1 bed room, but it was not available at check-in, so they only have a "Queen" Size - 2 bed room available for myself and my wife. Additionally, all of the blankets were stained, so we were only able to use the sheets.”

“Staff was seldom at front desk, the room was disgusting, microwave and air worked poorly, and it didn't appear the room/bedding had been cleaned from last person. Everything in the room was sticky and wet. The tv remote was especially sticky. Absolutely gross. I walked across the floor both with socks on and barefoot and the soles of my feet were black. No tissues or coffee maker at all. The bathtub didn't drain well. Given the condition of the room, we were afraid to eat or drink anything from……

“It’s nice but just too expensive for the area by at least a third too much. My room key was deactivated at 10:00 though checkout wasn’t until 11. It took a few minutes to get that fixed so I could get back in my room and continue to pack my car. Clerk was outside vaping and cleaning crew member checked me out. No biggie, but for the price… gotta say, it wasn’t a 5-star experience. Breakfast was good. Rooms are lovely. Quiet.”

“Pool area was pretty clean and both pool and hot tub were operating. But the shower in room could’ve used some work and mid water pressure. Bed was comfy and clean with proper mattress covers (I ALWAYS do a bed bug check) but overall checked all the boxes as a solo, female, black traveler, especially for the price! Also pretty good variety of local and chain restaurants and stores for what feels like the middle of nowhere lol. ”

“I will never stay at this Hampton Inn ever again. I am originally from this town and have stayed here twice to visit family and friends. The last stay my bathroom flooded and the door would not close properly. The staff did the best they could to clean up and fix the door. This visit I was attending a wedding so there were multiple members of my family staying at this hotel as well. I booked and prepaid my room through Expedia back in May.
