“First of all no pool. The rooms smelled like terrible urine and it’s one of the worst hotels in the area. I called the front desk and the staff member by the name of Max said we could refund you for the other two nights. I booked at the best western and was hoping they would refund me. Well they haven’t”

“It was a good stay for the price. No real amenities, but coffee machine and Continental breakfast in the mornings. The condition of the room was ok. The tub was chipped, toilet seat very loose and about to fall off. Rust all over the door frame in the bathroom. Little rough condition overall, but not a bad stay for the price.”

“Staff was very attentive and helpful with any concerns. Unfortunately, during the stay there was disruptive service with the Wi-Fi. It caused frequent drop offs/ loss connection. Beyond that issue, accommodations were great. A two night stay was planned, but had to be shortened. Would have loved to stay longer. Galena is full of unique shops, diners and historical sights. Definitely Recommend!”

“Our 2 nights was great, the staff doesn't bother you, unless you need something you can go ask or call. Your stay comes with breakfast in the morning form 6-10 am. The room we stayed. King bed with whirlpool was great, it had all the amenities you would probably need ( microwave and mini fridge and sink). We would definitely come back.”
