Best hotel room I have stayed in! The staff was great, room was perfect and the breakfast was more than enough. They even had a hot cocoa stand with sprinkles and marshmallows and our 6 yr old loved that! If you need to stay in Heber springs, this is the place!

House was well stocked. We were very cozy with the cold temps we had. Beautiful spot on the river. Lots of fishing unfortunately didnt catch many but still enjoyed the convenience and access. The cabin was plenty for our 1 night stay. We took our son to a local church lock-in to hang out with some friends he does not see often. We have a young kitten and did not want to leave him home by himself. It checked all the boxes we needed!
