“Nice cottage. Detached garage in the backyard of another house/cottage. One large room that has full kitchen, king sized bed, small sofa, and a wicker chair, with wall mounted TV. Bathroom is separate with a very nice shower (3 heads and river rock floor, no tub) Main room has a cement floor without a rug in sight. My biggest issue is with the description. On their website it states spacious and luxurious. If you consider a standard 2 car garage spacious.... Country charm, maybe.... If you lock……

“Love the stay at this cottage! Like home feeling and all the amenities you could need! Having all the comfort & quiet you need! No slamming doors and noise of running in hallway and people above & below walking around like they are in a marching band and not hotel room? It’s so nice to have place to sit outside and relax or inside with the beautiful fireplace burning . Cottage is mich preferred over the hotel stays any day It is a “home away from home “ and better price for what you get……

“Tile floors dusty, dirty, grass, food crumbs. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms had 1/4 inch grime and dust. 2 bedrooms had substandard windows coverings. Front and back yards were unkempt. Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. ”

“The cottage is so well equipped and absolutely has the best floor plan! It is so much larger than I expected! The beds are very comfortable and it has everything you could possibly need to feel at home. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay.”

“We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. Arkansas had so much to see & do, we can’t wait to come back!! ”

“We were in town for a family & friends celebration and wanted a gathering spot that could house 8-10 of us. We had two adjoining units in the Urban Bungalow and it worked out perfectly! The decor is really cute, the location is convenient, it was clean, and the breakfast was a nice touch. I totally recommend staying here!”
