I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel...

Most Valet employees were wonderful but the fees for valet were not clear and priced high and one employee charged me $40 cash but then hotel charges me $155 an I’m confused as to how that is the correct amount for parking only a few hours one day and one over night parking.
