“The Apartment was beautiful clean and spacious, my family enjoyed the backyard and seeing the peach tree. I also appreciate how sweet and kind the owner is this place is perfect for families.”

“Pros: really soft and comfy beds, plenty of towels (found in the dryer), large TV in living room, washer and dryer in unitCons: didn’t receive code for front door until I called the owner 5x (voicemail was full) and messaged VRBO asking for it on Friday night when we arrived. He called back Sunday to see why we called. Paint was peeling on walls. It definitely wasn’t cleaned properly before we checked in (clothing stickers on the walls and tinsel all over the floor). Front screen door was broken……

“I arrived to four police cars dealing with a situation at the bar next door. Interactions with the office are through a locked window on the sidewalk. The room was clean enough, though there was no inside trash bin, the floor was oddly sticky, and there was only a light sheet on the beds (no comforter). Sheets had stains, and the mattress was well worn in. Room smelled like incense and pot. Hot water and air conditioning worked (loud enough to drown out most sounds of the neighbors or outside).……
