All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Sunset is a wonderful resort. It’s a quiet, beautiful resort. A very romantic set up for a couple. Dinners seem to be candle lit, the servers were very polite and the food was delicious, different buffet every night. They offer an à la carte menu on the beach. The restaurants that you can book, the food and the service were excellent. The rooms are beautiful, house cleaning are offered twice a day. The private beach is across the road, where there are plenty of activities if your into that. Excursions, Parasailing, tubing etc. The beach is beautiful soft sand and clear water. The only thing is if your looking the leave the resort the cabs are a bit expensive. We found a terrific service called Capt. Quality I highly recommend it. He will pick you up in his boat and take you to 7 mile beach which is amazing! When you’re ready to return he’ll bring you back. The boat ride is much better than the cab. The prices are similar. Overall we loved our stay!!

This hotel was a 9/10 overall. The food, the staff, and events especially the nightly events were the absolute best! Will definitely go back
