“"We had an absolute blast at this lake house! The location was perfect for our family, with plenty of opportunities for boating, fishing, and swimming. The house itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. The views of the lake from the deck were stunning, and we spent hours just sitting there, watching the sunset. The kids loved all the outdoor activities, and my wife and I enjoyed some much-needed R&R. We can't wait to come back and experience it...

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”

“The cabin was cozy and well appointed. The views were spectacular and the deck offered privacy. Great communication from the host before and during the stay. Within a 30 minute drive of many things to do. Would recommend!”

“Very much enjoyed the treehouse feeling of this cool place -- we had excellent July weather during our short stay; this was one of the places we stayed in on a two-week jaunt up and down the coast. Cool breezes, warm lake, very peaceful. The place is perfect for a couple or one family with a few kids. Has the added cachet of having been on an episode of "Maine Cabin Masters" some years back -- if you know, you know. Not luxurious, but that's not the point of a good summer camp! We loved it.”

“Cabin was just as it was described. Everything we needed. Stairs down to the water could use some maintenance. The dock and water were fantastic. My kids loves going out to the island. Overall great property. Would definitely come back.”

“This was such a fun experience. My husband and I had a road trip up the east coast. We aren't big campers and this was a great way to get a bit more of a rustic experience without a tent. But yes, you take a canoe to the island. It takes 5 minutes. No electricity, so be prepared for a camp stove and electric lanterns. Loons added a lovely evening sound track. Google map directions worked fine. Mexican restaurant was good. Took a day trip to Camden to hike and have lunch which was lovely. So fun...

“I had an enjoyable stay at this nicely appointed lakeside cabin. As a fisherman it was great to have my boat on the dock just steps way from the porch door. The cabin was immaculate with updated kitchen appliances. I particularly enjoyed evenings around the fire pit watching the boats maneuvering around the marina.”

“We stayed in this cabin for two nights with our dog and it was very peaceful and fun! The cabin has a campfire, lots of batteries for charging, lights, battery fans, etc. There were many long walking trails with fun activities; like kayaking, axe throwing, a pizza oven… Exactly what we were looking for! Would stay again! ”

“The cabin was compact. Very comfortable. Private with a fantastic view. The only issue was a lack of hot water and water pressure in the shower. ”

“This comfy cabin can sleep 6 people no problem! With a close quarters experience made staying more the fun! EasyAccess to kayaks and canoes was awesome. Had a couple Beavers going back n forth in front of the cabin as well! Bailey the Neighbor dog stopped by to say hi in the yard along with Chancellor and Lous minutes prior. Thanks again for your accommodations. We would love to visit again in the future! ”
