“When we checked in, I asked about upgrading to a suite, because the 3 of us were too cramped in a normal room. The manager was able to get it for us, despite my having reserved the room on Expedia, for a nominal fee. They provided us with water bottles upon check-in and when we checked out. There was one thing I did find ridiculous, but not the fault of the staff. The pool was "closed for the season", in mid September and in 90-degree heat!
