“We stayed here for 1 night, as we were attending an activity nearby. When we checked in, the woman behind the desk never made eye contact with us. She looked directly at the computer screen, pointed to the credit card reader...never once looked at me. She did inform us that the ice machine was broken and that there were vending machines to get cold drinks. We went to our room, and were greeted by warm air and a strong musty smell. We turned down the AC and went to dinner. Came back later……

“Stayed here to visit Six Flags Darien Lake. Room was clean, employees were helpful, breakfast was great (had fresh self-serve waffles), and Tim Hortons was just across the parking lot. Stayed 2 nights with my family. Saw employees change the bedsheets after guests left. Would stay here again.”

“Very nice people at check in and check out. Air conditioning worked well on a hot day and the refrigerator was super cold. Clean room and beds and an easy access in and out to the concert we were going to at Darien Lake”
