5.0 out of 10, (181)
"Staff was ok just couldn’t completely understand what he was saying. Got our room and no outlets worked. There was no shower head but the water worked. We went back down to the office to ask for another room and got it. There was a shower head but no working water and there was also a roach beside the bed. Apparently dogs are allowed and cats are not but we saw a cat in one of the room windows. We couldn’t get a refund either so $140 down the drain. "
