“I do believe the room was clean. However, it is time to make some changes in the furnishings. We went to the Ark Encounter and needed a place to sleep for the night. It fulfilled our needs.”

“The staff and location”

“We immediately asked for a refund due to the extreme smell of urine in the room”

“Staff was professional and friendly.”

“When I arrive for my reservations that I booked through Expedia, we came to find out that the hotel burnt down two days before we arrived. I was not notified by Expedia nor red roof ends who owns the property. They also will not refund my money they keep saying I canceled the reservation the fricking hotel burnt down and they will not give me a refund in. Expedia isn’t helping me either.”

“The air conditioning made an unbearable sound but only if it was turned on…… Parking lot was very active at night lots of noise. Doors leading into the hotel were often propped open. The whole facility smelled awful. I got up to use the restroom and turned on the light only to see cockroach’s scurry back behind the deck by the tv.”
