“Neglected motel. We were in unit 111. the bed was really good but the one recliner type chair was worn out and the office chair was broken so it ttied to dump you on the floor. Travelers need good supportive furniture. We are tired from long drives or busy dsys at the sites we've been to. This motel is by the Ark Encounter. Tons of walking snd standing. I do Not want to try and sit in bed to read or work on a laptop. That hurts my back, which leads to stress, which causes lack of sleep.……

“No coffee pot ,only a toaster,fridge was frozzen up ,tub was dirty, not enough hot water to fill the jet tub. Bad smell when we open the door ,had to air it out ,no extra blanket ,no hangers , no restrant on site. Was told to go to truck stop , we check it out ,it did not like a good place to eat . it all need to be updated all over in side and out . will not be back there again . ”

“Very positive experience. (1) A lot of free parking spots (2) Early check-in took 2-3 minutes (with id check and everything) (3) Room was perfectly clean (lacks shampoo and fridge but to me that's a minor drawback) compared to a silent new A/C unit (4) Checked out exactly at 11am, nobody tried to speed me up (*) They are pet friendly! And have a walking ground with a bin and poop bags. And I heard small dog barking once, so it's for real, not just marketing. Never ever used this feature but as……

“The outside of the building looked horrible, the hotel looked like they let anybody stay there. The office was tacky, parking lot was horrible. The beds and rooms are too small. I will not stay there ever again. The double charged me on my room.”

“Filthy, no phone, internet, tv. Stained towels, black mold and they charged more than the booking said it would be by 15$”
