“I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service. I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone, do you have the shuttle come pick me up at 1 o’clock in the morning. I was very aggravated. So I took an Uber, define shuttle, sitting there in the front door, talking with the gal at the In the morning when I tried to catch the shuttle and they didn’t wait for me. I was even more aggravated. However, the manager came over to me, she completely listened to my issue that I had and why I chose this……
