Suggest better instruction on finding place (e.g. find 198 bar and go down stairs to patio bar-door across patio). Our fan in bedroom did not work and only suggestion was to have a try at another plug. My expectation was that someone would come, check it and replace immediately if not working. Likewise our A/C did not work...
