“All around wonderful hotel!! From check in to the courteous staff, to the clean rooms, the spacious pool area (the pool itself was a tad small) but they had fresh towels out there, music playing, and a kiddie pool. Breakfast was also wonderful, with literally all kinds of yummy options. When coming through Rockport this will now be our go to hotel! And we've stayed at several in the area.”

“None of outlets worked, bathroom was way too small. Housekeeping did not change linens or clean room until check out day.TV was very small.”

“It’s a great location but rooms are very outdated. Popcorn ceilings, mold in the corners of the doors, box tvs, hardly any lighting. Parking is $20 a night (not advertised when booking). Breakfast buffet was good on the 11th floor with a beautiful view. Lounge was also nice.”

“Excellent location by the water, a city park across street good for taking a walk, a lot of restaurants around, less than 10 min driving to the miles of beach at the south side. Hotel room is very spacious and clean, will come back if I visit Port Aransas again.”

“The property is outdated. The breakfast buffet was subpar. The staff was commendable for providing additional blankets and towels as required. However, there was a severe rainstorm, resulting in water leakage through the windows and into the room.”

“The outside of the property is not very aesthetic, but don’t let that fool you! The amenities are well taken care of and the rooms are very nice. The staff is so nice and helpful anytime we needed anything they were all so accommodating. Breakfast was very good not many options but they had the classic waffles, bacon , potatoes and cereal etc. The hotel is very central to everything although the island is not very big I found we didn’t have more than a 7 min drive to anything. “The hotel is doing some renovations, so I try to take that into account, but our room began smelling a stinking sewer smell around 2 am, and it lasted til morning. When morning came, we had no hot water at the bathroom sink. Otherwise it would have been a good stay. Nice clean breakfast area, clean looking room, quiet, and friendly staff.”

“Toilet water ran the 6 days we were there, even after reporting to the front desk. Lukewarm water at best, no matter the time of day. Phone in room didn't work to contact the front desk. I reported the phone and was told some work some don't. Then the diect line phone number should be posted. Not the wyndham 800. Number. Parking is a NIGHTMARE, the tiki bar next door quickly fills the hotel lot. Oh, when you check in they give you a pass for your car and signs are posted all over the place.……
