“Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close.……

“My family and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was a severe ant infestation throughout our room. Ants were everywhere, including on the bed. My wife was bitten multiple times while sleeping and is still suffering from significant itching and discomfort as a result. Housekeeping standards were also very poor. Even after the room was cleaned every other day, the floors remained dusty, with dirt accumulating in……
