"Our room was incredibly humid and smelled like mold when we arrived. Room 301. The air unit wasn’t on so we walked over to turn it on and the whole carpet was soaked, assuming that’s why it was off because while on it just continued to leak or condensate all over the carpet, no doubt causing mold ..."
