“It was clean. Staff was friendly and the lady running the breakfast was always willing to get what was needed. Pool could use some maintenance”

“The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. The hotel could use some renovation to get it to 2026. When we arrived we noticed that the hallway leading to our room had a musty smell much like something was applied to it to mask something. We had to have maintenance replace the tv remote as it was dead. The replacement remote would not turn the tv off so it stayed on all night and was on when we checked out. The toilet seat was loose and would not stay up. We didn't like the two glass……

“I checked into my room 15 min. early with no problem from staff. They got me into my room very quick, welcomed my dog, and were very helpful recommending nearby places to eat. The renovations at Red Roof Inn have transformed an older property into an updated, family-friendly lodging. The room was clean, spacious, and without the typical malodor one would expect in a smoking room. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. “Check in was good. Upon checking the room, the bathroom had dust and dirt from maintenance work in the bathroom shower, shower curtain was not installed and toilet needed to be cleaned. One of the employees came to our room right away and took care of the problem. The tv was not connected to satellite. Also, upon checking in, we were in the elevator which stopped between second and third floors and had to call Inn reservation number to alert front desk that we were stuck in elevator. Jolene in……
