“Bed was fantastic, breakfast ready on time”

“The refrigerator did not work and had to have maintenance fix it. The hair dryer did not work and never got fixed or replaced. The quality of breakfast has went down dramatically since the last time we stayed there 7 months ago. I tried MULTIPLE times to call the hotel and always got directed to a call center who told me to send an email. This was on 4/15/26 and I haven’t received a response back as of 4/21/26. This was the only place I would stay when I came to the area, but never again. ”

“It's always a pleasure to come to this Hotel when in town. I hate there is no pool, but there are always helpful employees willing to give you what you need. ”

“The room wasn't clean, which is the sheets had cigarette burns, towels dinghy, no shower head and there were roaches. I don't recommend the stay.”
