"This house has a ton of potential. The yard needs some work, the jacuzzi needs some work, the house needs some work. That said, there are lots of cute little Instagram moments and it is really close to downtown. Parking is easy, although the ditch across the yard made me nervous. NO BUGS, which amazed me, Houston being itself and all. Stackable washer and dryer made our stay much easier,and tgere are plenty of beds for taller people."

"The house is exactly as pictured in the website. Every thing was very clean and updated. This is a small cozy house with a nice little deck in the back yard. The kitchen was not as well stocked in comparison to my past rentals. But it had the basics such as toaster, coffee maker, small pot set, cooking utensils, dinner ware, silver ware, and wine glasses, but lacked things such as large mixing bowls, pitchers, and a blender. THIS DOES NOT take away from the house in any way, I thought it would...

"Host was very attentive and responded very fast.. Location is right by the University of Houston and is convenient and is close to everything downtown/midtown.. Nightlight was a vibe!!!! Very nice and clean space.. The only issue I had was the hot water heater stopped working but she immediately accommodated my needs and allowed me to use the shower next door.. The house has two sides just to give you a heads up. But overall I enjoyed my stay"

The outdoor pool/hot tub and BBQ areas are where we spent most of our down time and was amazing. We had a few times needing to communicate with the hosts and they were quickly and kindly responsive.
