“Pool was great but doesn't open until 10 AM. It would be nice if it opened much earlier. ”

“No place to hang your cliothes as there was no closet. Phone with buttons broken, I had to ask for hand soap. Other than that it wasn’t bad, it was cozy”

“Excellent greating by the valet, the young man with longer hair was great. The check in process was easy. The two women at front desk were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The only issues...WI-FI spotty so smart tvs buffered, there was loud banging near my room on 17th floor. Otherwise, the stay was good overall. ”

“Amazing room it was so clean, the breakfast was amazing! And the staff was out of this world. I will be back when I visit charlotte again! The lady in the kitchen Tanya was amazing greeted us as soon as we came down for breakfast and Tahjé was very nice and greeted us checking in and checking out answered concerns. They both kept a smile every time we seen them. Customer service was great! They need a raise!”

“The airport shuttle was prompt but the driver confusing about which Hyatt I was going to, insisting that I tell her what phone number I called for a ride. The staff from all 3 shifts that i encountered were overall “indifferent”. I needed help with my luggage and there was no one to assist. I could accept that at night but in the daytime at check out that was ridiculous. I was told that housekeeping would normally help, but they weren’t available. I am disabled so it was a struggle for me to……

“Room 404- The sink was backed up. The maindoor to the room is difficult to open/close as the door and/or frame are not square. The carpet in the area between the bathroom and bath was damp/wet. For what the room cost, poor value”
