“We normally really enjoy staying at Hyatt Place but this location was our least favorite experience. Much more worn and needing maintenance (many signs of wear/tear and our bathroom sink faucet fixture was completely detached from the countertop) than the standard we are used to. Also we booked this specifically to have a shuttle from/to the airport but there was no room in the time slot we needed to arrive for our departure in the am. Staff were not apologetic nor accommodating, just kinda……
