Located on a natural finger of Crystal River with 7 natural "mini-springs" that attract manatees from the main sanctuaries (our little secret). Sit on the dock and enjoy the lagoon with jumping mullet. Take a kayak(7) and in 5 minutes you can pull up to the historic Plantation Inn for lunch or dinner or a fun time at the Tiki Bar. Fun course for the golfer. Property includes a floating dock for boats and a separate floating dock to sit and relax on. Renovated with all new furniture, beds, mattresses, bedding and towels as well as a 65 inch smart TV, 2 42 inch smart TV's, high speed cable AND working WIFI! Property features 2 patios - one screened upstairs and a downstairs patio and cool playroom/ garage with a pool table, kayaks, hot tub, and all manner of toys. Roast marshmallows or grill your fresh catch on the fire pit, gas grill or hibachi. Master bedroom features king bed and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower. Second master has a queen sized bed. Third bedroom includes 2 full sized beds with 42”screen. There is also a twin sleeper couch in the Family Room and trundle bed in front room. You can rent boats or even book specialty tours. Extended driveway will fit your boat trailer and you can put in at Plantation Inn for $20. We have included all amenities like a Keurig machine, soaps, bath balms, various toiletries and a kitchen fully stocked with cookware, flatware and dishes. Large washer and dryer with Tide Hypogenic tabs. This is a turn key location.

This was very pleasant for a full family to have lots of space, comfort and plenty of entertainment. It's located on the end of a canal so there is no current and it's safe for children. We would recommend it!

Peaceful and Beautiful Crystal River Location
Beautiful well kept property close to King Spring where the manatees hang. We brought our boat and tied up at the floating dock. Fires in the pit every night. So peaceful.! Host Daniel is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

What a splendid place to stay!
This house is perfectly situated in Crystal River to go see the Manatees, the parks, the places to eat and other items of interest. Nicely appointed with colorful pictures, comfortable furniture, and any water sport item you needed. Daniel communicated with us all the details needed and was just a phone call away just in case. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

This house was incredible for our family. It was very clean and comfortable. Getting the kayaks out and into the water was a breeze from the basement. We were able to spread out a bit, there was room to play games, and we all slept great. The kitchen was stocked with basics plus had treats left from past visitors. It made everything easy. The owner was extremely responsive and gave us great tips on things in the area. All we tried were spot on! Thank you!

Large home overlooking beautiful cove!
We had a very relaxing time sitting on the dock and enjoying the view. But the owners have a generous supply of kayaks and other adventurous activities available if desired. The water wasn’t clear enough to watch the manatees, but we saw several noses coming up for air!

Amazing home on the water!
We could not have had a better time! We brought our 23-ft center console Sea Hunt and were able to navigate in and out of the canal no problem! We had great success scalloping and the house had everything we could need! Perfect location, clean, large, and an amazing host who made our trip prefect from start to finish.

All the Manatee Tours would come right around the dock because of how many manatee were in this location! We loved the location, able to Kayak to Restaurants, Saw Dolphin & Manatee while kayaking. Great Fishing! Really Enjoyed Our Stay here and would recommend to any one visiting the area! Close proximity to everything!

We had a group of 8 adults and found this home to be extremely comfortable. It was clean, spacious, and was stocked with outstanding amenities. We especially enjoyed the screened in patio and use of the home’s kayaks. We brought a 24 foot boat and the floating dock was perfect and convenient. Love the proximity of the house to the Plantation Inn and all of the springs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc…everything we needed to enjoy meals at home. Loved this house and hope to return again!

Great property in a great location
Such a nice house. All beds are very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large family to spread out. Great kitchen. Fantastic screened deck. Very nice hot tub. Pool table is in great shape. 7 kayaks. Right on the water with a sizeable dock. About 15 min paddle to King Springs and the pool/bar at Plantation, 45 min paddle to Three Sister's spring. One of if not the best home we've rented in Crystal River.

Amazing Weekend
Everything about the property and the owner was amazing. We had absolutely everything we needed for a nice long weekend. The house was beautiful. The adults spent the majority of our time sitting on the screened in patio while the kids fished and played ping pong downstairs. there was a nice dining room table where we all fit comfortably for dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. We rented a boat for the weekend and loved being able to come and go as we pleased. Will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Waterfront Home Near Everything!
Perfect for a family vacationing in the Crystal River area. Spacious home that has more room than the photos depict. Super fun "basement" with lots of kayaks, pool table, etc. Waterfront had plenty of room for my 24' boat. Close to springs, fishing, scalloping and exploring. Very comfortable and a lot of fun!

My family of four enjoyed our stay at The Opera House. The location is perfect for spending the day at any of the local springs. We saw tons of manatee, a dolphin, and a lot of other wildlife. Perfect cozy home with all you need!
Very clean and comfortable home, roomy, filled with all your needs for cooking, cleaning, fun indoors and out! We enjoyed the kayaks out on the water, easy to get to the bay and even if it’s not manatee season, we got to see a couple swim right under us! Close to all the other springs - we saw all that we wanted to and explore the beautiful natural FL all around! The kids thoroughly e enjoyed their stay - even got to ride the cute bikes in the neighborhood. What a great Spring break - enjoyed the true beauty of FL, and the house was perfect for everyone! Definitely try out Seller’s seafood nearby for huge piles of steamed clams, crawfish and crabs! So many yummy choice all around too. Can’t wait to come back!
