The parking was very close by. The staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast tasted nice. Short breakfast hours though. Didn’t try the lunch/dinner but the menu looked delicious. The amenities were fantastic. A lot of items looked well worn, but they were clean. Was a nice hotel.

We liked the pre visit communications with the hosts, we were even more surprised by lovely extras provided on our arrival gratefully received, and as for the cottage it is lovely, met our needs perfectly, if we could give it 11 out of 10 we would, we shall certainly be back again.

Main property is generally clean and tidy. Major issues with all windows and doors though. Some can't even be opened, others can't be closed. Even when closed there are massive howling draughts from the seals or frames. Heating has to be on constant just to even it out. All of them need replacing. ...
