"We have been coming to Franklin for many years now. This place checked all of our boxes and we plan to return soon! The WiFi worked great, which is always hard to find in this area. The garage was super convenient for unloading our stuff and being able to keep it secure while we were gone. The location is perfect, great views but still close to town and no trekking all the way up a mountain. All the furnishings, blankets, etc are new and clean. This place is a perfect ‘home base’ while exploring...

"Lovely front porch! Enjoyed the swing and morning tea everyday with my grandchildren and dogs. We identified 16 different birds sitting out there. Merlin is a great app for bird identification by Cornel University. It’s a cozy house. Pet friendly and nice fenced yard in back. We loved it. Excellent location too. Quick to town. "

"First time here. It has plenty of parking and the shops nearby were very convenient. Jenny was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The internet was good and the pool was clean had plenty of space for swimming. I will likely stay here my next trip."
