"Everything was SPECTACULAR, except for the services from businesses outside of the hotel staff. The employees of the support businesses outside of the casino personnel acted like they were doing everyone a favor by being there. The casino needs to train all outside support business personnel to remain consistent with their mission of servicing the customer. I came there to experience the relaxation and joy of the casino, not to be denigrated and cast aside like a used napkin by restaurant and consumer goods store personnel. The difference in treatment was very noticeable and offending."

"I initially thought I booked a room with a hottub. Upon arrival we discovered I hadn't. A bummer, but no biggie. I just thought by the pictures they all came with one, and didn't see anywhere that it didn't. Past that the location was lovely. The creek and the sitting areas were nice and peaceful. Each sitting area was loaded with plenty of fire wood, and nice area for activities as well. The room however didn't seem to be cleaned throughly. There was a baby diaper *Unused* behind the TV, a raisin jammed into the bottom of the TV, and the bathtub was filthy. Over 3.5/5. The staff for check in/checkout were awesome!"
