“The staff was the best: so nice and helpful. Best relation between quality and price. The rooms are big, clean, with fridge, caffee and microwave. Placed near restaurants and place for live concerts (Valley Tavern). It has a complementary breakfast which is also nice (yogurt, caffee, tea, sweet things, juice). I'll definitely repeat if I'll come back to the south part of the Smoky Mountains and Appalachian reserve.”

“The location was quiet, the room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked the light in the bathroom to be brighter. Also, you have to pay extra for coffee pods. It seems like the room should have automatically included 4 pods (2 regular, 2 decaf). But overall it was a delightful and beautiful place.”

“I booked here for the view of the river from the room, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious. However, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. You could see light all the way around the door. The eaves on the river side was rotten with missing parts that had fallen away. The toilet was so low it seemed like a daycare toilet. There was hair and a bug in the bath tub.”
