"Very clean resort. Helpful, friendly staff especially Ari. Beautiful pools, beaches. Nice Waterpark. The mini fridge in rooms is too small and not stocked well. The idea of water bottles instead of plastic bottles is great in theory but we did not use them. The availability at the restaurants to get reservations was extremely difficult even when I tried right upon arrival. Overall, fun, relaxing, enjoyable vacation experience."

"Enjoyed our stay at the Dreams Curacao/ IL Mare Resort. The butler service at the Il Mare was excellent. Credits to Fernando, Shakiel, Gio, and the room service attendee - Andre, for making our stay a positive and memorable one! The upkeep/Maintenance of our bungalow though was not perfect, was comfortable and suited well enough- was told the IL Mare was only over a year old though our bungalow showed the interior wall paper needed to be replaced and the patio lighting was not working - and yet maintenance did not address the issue even after our 3 requests. We still enjoyed our nightly relaxation mode when utilizing the patio without its intended lighting. The cleanliness and turn-down service from our house keeper, Jennifer, was excellent and always showed perfect timing for our needs. Our check-in service and process was great as well as the check-out process- Though the front end attendant via our check-out at IL Mare was not friendly nor attentive as expected. The food was good throughout the Dreams / IL Mare resort though the menu did not change much during our 4 day stay. The spa services was impeccable! My husband was so relaxed he ended up falling asleep during our couples massage! Massages was a bit pricey but all well worth it! Would highly recommend the spa services! Would definitely recommend staying at both the Dreams Resort and Il Mare Resort though to keep a open mind as not all associates are as friendly or as attentive as others may be."

"This resort deserves 9 stars. The entire staff were as friendly, helpful, and kind, above anywhere we have ever been. You wouldn't even need to leave this peppery to have an amazing vacation. Great snorkeling right in the property, a beautiful un- crowded infinity pool..... walking distance to many restaurants, really all you could ask for. The only complaint we have and it's minimal was that the bed and pillows felt hard to us, but others may love them that was just our opinion. We will absolutely be back here"

"I recently stayed at the Kontiki Beach Resort and overall I enjoyed my stay and would return, mainly because the location is excellent. Being right next to Mambo Beach was definitely the highlight — everything was convenient, lively, and beautiful. The room itself was nice and comfortable, but there were a few issues. The lighting in the room was very dim, and I also didn’t like that the shower had no door because the bathroom floor would get soaked after every shower. The staff experience was mixed. Some employees were fine, but the ladies working at the beach area had poor attitudes and came across as sarcastic when I simply asked where to get towels. Customer service could definitely be improved. Breakfast was okay — not the greatest selection or quality — but since it was included for free, I can’t complain too much. One thing that really bothered me was finding a huge roach inside an open bag of candy I had left on the counter in my room. That was definitely unpleasant and something the resort should address. Overall, despite a few negatives, I still enjoyed the resort because of the amazing location and nice atmosphere. With improvements in customer service, room design, and pest control, this place could easily be even better."

"I stayed for four nights celebrating wedding anniversary and had a great time but I had a few things that I wasn’t aware before going … there was not a lot of entertainment and the restaurants would only allow you to eat 1 appetizer and 1 entree and 1 dessert and I had ner experienced thjj in s at an all inclusive my understanding was all inclusive means if I choose to eat 2 entrees or 2 appetizers I should be able to do so but other than that it was good"
