“There was hair throughout one of the bathrooms. Other than that, the place was very clean. I just wish there was air conditioning in the main/living room area. I was not able to enjoy that part of the apartment because it was so hot. Also, adding additional signage to show where the property office is for check in would be useful.”

“The waiters, bartenders, activities team, and cleaning staff were great! We loved the pools, especially the offering of a lap pool. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach. However, the front desk personnel were not very helpful on multiple occasions.”

“Staff was friendly and pool beach areas wonderful. The big miss is the under staffed restaurants. The person greeting you at the desk was the same person bringing water, drinks, taking food order, delivering food, cleaning tables and setting up tables. Staff was working hard but long waits and good food was only warm.”
