“Great spot. Close to downtown! We had a great time! The only issue was we were close to the patio and fire pit. We could here the people outside after certain hours. Not that I'm against people having a blast just was hard to sleep when it was loud.”

“Room was clean, view was really great, bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bathroom was very small and cramped with sink area open to room. Parking area in need of work, paving and organization. Office closing at 8:00 PM a little concerning but after hour access provided was acceptable. ”

“This is our second time staying there and we honestly have no complaints. It was 65° out in the outdoor pool was 85. Naomi was excellent and very attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.”

“I’ve stayed here multiple times and always had a great experience — the location alone keeps me coming back. That’s what made this visit so disappointing.
The floor in our room was visibly dirty. My daughter walked barefoot and her feet were black. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time.
Boothbay has limited affordable options, and this place has real potential. But cleanliness isn’t a luxury — it’s a baseline. I hope management takes this seriously, because I’d genuinely like to……
