I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel due to a complete lack of basic amenities and helpful service. My flight out of LA was late at night, well after the 11:00 AM checkout time. When I asked to leave my bags for a few hours, I was told that my luggage was "not their problem."
Basic luggage storage is a standard service for almost any hotel. If a property does not offer it, that policy absolutely needs to be clearly advertised at the time of booking so guests can plan ahead. Because the hotel hid this information, I was forced to waste my precious last day in LA dragging my heavy bags all the way to a downtown storage facility at an extra, unexpected expense.
The hotel's total lack of accommodation and dismissive attitude completely ruined the end of my trip. I will not be staying here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you expect basic hospitality.
