“Not usually a big fan of writing reviews but I feel the urge to do so now. This hotel makes you feel at home. It’s clean, food is perfect and it’s Organic, and the staff makes you feel like Home, in particular Shareef. this guy took care of all the details, even the stuff that I don’t think of: when I booked a fishing trip he took care of so many details, the soft drinks, ice , water, fresh juices and a speaker so we can enjoy our time. This is not something that I asked for. I wish I could come……
“OK, let's be honest with potential customers here. First of all, you should not expect a five-star resort. Overall, I would place this somewhere between a three- and four-star resort.
The location is great, and there is a calm environment, if this is what you are looking for. At least the bathrooms in the rooms need some maintenance. The staff are semi-professional, but there are one or two who give you a five-star feeling.
Cleanliness is not their thing, especially in the outdoor dining area……
“This was my first visit to Dahab, and Neptune Hotel provided a very positive experience, combining simplicity, convenience, and excellent value for money.
The reception staff were welcoming, respectful, and cooperative, creating an excellent first impression. My room was comfortable, well organized, and very clean, with clear attention to detail. I also did not see any insects during my stay, which was especially important to me.
Breakfast offered plenty of variety and generous portions.……
“1. The homepage says there is a 24-hour front desk, but in fact there is No 24-hour front desk. I had an early morning flight and arrived at the hotel at 5:00 am. The security guard asked me to sit in the yard until the front desk came to work at 9:00 am.
2. There is no Wi-Fi signal in the room, only in the front desk area.
3. There is a big hole in the wall above the bed in the room. Outside the big hole is the rooftop. The rooftop is very dirty. The wind brings a lot of dirty things to my……

“Jacuzzi was filthy,no chemicals used just bubble bath added and a sieve to clean the dead fly's.room had noise from pumps running outside so room change next day to twin .room ok but shared kitchen was filthy with dirty pots everywhere and old packets of food allin fridge ”

“Je suis vraiment déçu de la qualité de la prestation proposée par l’hôtel. J’y ai séjourné deux nuit et c’est bien assez pour moi une chambre vétuste avec une armoire dont les portes sont posées sur le côté, une salle de bain qui voit sa lumière s’allumer et s’éteindre de façon aléatoire.. le personnel est sympathique mais n’a jamais fait quoique se soit pour le wifi qui n’est pas accessible dans les chambres et pour lequel on m’a assuré ”
