“The resort is beautiful everything is impeccably maintained the staff are trained to a very high level every detail is thought through from presentation of the resort, rooms & breakfast we stayed 8 days in the new section of the with 2 rooms my only negative would be a little disappointed as to the end when we had a few hours to wait on our pick to airport throughout the stay water bottles are readily available without charge it would be nice to maybe offer this to people waiting especially if……

“Stayed for 6 nights was a lovely apartment with AC working kitchen two balconies. Host was responsive and helpful called us taxis and made things comfortable. The water park comes alive at 2pm each day most days are slow waiting for it to open my eldest enjoyed it . Theres a grocery downstairs but you have to drive to the beach. Our host gave us a beach card. Beach is small and sectioned off. Water temp was only in 20s like the pool as for the time of year.”

“Booked the highest tier 'Posh Club' for 6 friends (3 rooms), expecting luxury. It was a complete scam. Check-in took an hour in the 'exclusive' area where we were ignored, received no info, and missed lunch. No welcome amenities as advertised. The 24-hour butler is a myth. We hauled our own luggage across the resort at both check-in and check-out. In-room premium amenities were missing; after complaining, they brought 2 pieces of fruit. The butler was unreachable or 'forgot' our requests. The……

“Staff very friendly and helpful. An abundance of staff everywhere you look, which was great to see. Room and hotel were spotless. Had one issue where we told the cleaner we didn’t need our room cleaned on the morning and had the do not disturb sign on the door and it got cleaned anyway. We raised it and it was dealt with and no further issues. Family - friendly. Although no obvious stand out children items. They have a kids club area with play equipment and a shallow pool which is convenient,……
