“1. The homepage says there is a 24-hour front desk, but in fact there is No 24-hour front desk. I had an early morning flight and arrived at the hotel at 5:00 am. The security guard asked me to sit in the yard until the front desk came to work at 9:00 am. 2. There is no Wi-Fi signal in the room, only in the front desk area. 3.
