“We reserved a room to accommodate 3 people. At check in we were assigned to a smaller room. The clerk was helpful after we gave him suggestions on how to fix the problem. Although room appeared to be clean, the rug was grimly. Bathroom had mold in corners which had been caulked over. Hallways, main lobby and elevator all needed a good steam cleaning. The clerk was tattooed and had snagged tooth with long finger nails. Not the professional appearance one would expect assisting and greeting……
