The location is convenient, with a warehouse store and several burger and fast-food places nearby, but the property needs better maintenance. I saw at least two or three cockroaches on my first day, and they continued appearing throughout my stay. I’d recommend buying roach traps and placing them in the room if you're staying for long, for some peace of mind. The air conditioner in my room was visibly bent and damaged. The appliances were old but functional. Staff were often rude and not very helpful when I needed assistance. Also, the laundry room only accepts coins, so bring change, no bills or cards.

I had a great stay at Studio 6 in Richardson, especially considering the low price! The room was spacious and clean, the property, other than hearing some traffic from the freeway when outdoors, was fairly quiet, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was not having access to the laundry room. There was a small fire that started from a dryer and a week later the laundry room was still not available. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay!
