“We stayed at this home for my son’s baseball tournament at Lakepoint. It was about 15-20 drive to lakepoint. The house is relatively remote. There is a dollar general that was close but most everything else grocery store, Dunkin’ Donuts etc is about 15-20 Mins away. The place itself was spacious. There were 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The yard was great. The kids spent a lot of time playing outside. The check in process was seamless. The owner was very communicative for the checkin process and……

“When to begin. When we arrive and got assigned our room on the first floor, we opened the door and the room reeked of something soured and the beds were not made. The smell was so bad, it almost made me sick and I wasn’t even in the room but a matter of seconds. We had to be put in a different room. This room was bigger, but with its own issues.
