“I enjoyed my two day stay so much I became a Marriott Bonvoy member. However, my last day was not a busy day and I asked if I could leave an hour later (1:00 instead of 12:00) and the lady at the front desk would not allow it. This is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.”

“The fridge in the room was noisy. There was no complimentary tea or hair conditioner in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking in terms of what I'd expect. No variety of bagels just plain, no oatmeal or fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs available. The cereal dispenser was empty. Delivery service for take out had only one option, Italian food. We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ……

“ Very nice hotel. One of the nicest comfort inns that I had ever stayed in. Room was super clean. I really had to look hard to find something not perfect. Good hot water in bathroom and fast EV charging onsite. Very rare to find such a well kept hotel at a fairly remote interstate exit. Was kind of run like more of a bed and breakfast, with nice personal touches.”
