DO NOT STAY HERE. We were turned away and refused a room because due to have a service dog.
First, a lady told the dog's owner outside that the dog was "too big" to stay. When I went inside, she had a older looking short staff member confront us. This older lady was running on pure adrenaline, power-tripping and getting a high off telling me we are not staying there. She claimed the dog lunged and tried to bite the manager(the lady outside) which is 100% false. When i explain it is a service animal, She made a fake mouth motion with her hand, telling me the dog has to be "verbally trained" and listen to commands. Which the dog is. They flat out refused to rent to us. Check the surveillance cameras the footage it will prove the dog didnt try to bite anyone!
It is completely illegal under the ADA to turn away a service animal or make up stories to deny people a room. Horrible treatment. Go somewhere else.
