The hotel is very old but maintained well. It has a patio with tables where you can eat your breakfast and look at the ocean which is across the street. There were plenty of breakfast choices available. Our room was big and very clean. There is plenty of guest parking under the hotel and an elevator to get to all 3 floors. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Good staff, very attentive - had to use duct tape on the TV to make it work lol! We were upgraded to the 3rd floor with an ocean view, very nice. However, the upgrade included a jetted tub in the room. We are seniors, so thumbs down for that. We would’ve preferred a sofa to sit on instead. Breakfast was missing muffins. All in all, it was okay.

Room was upgraded . Very helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean on 3rd floor. Outside room overlooking the beach. Could be noisy. Walking distance to the beach. Can hear the waves from our room. see picture. Walking trail not on sand. Nearby beach better. Great breakfast. Parking is free and under the hotel, safe. The only bad thing is the Internet.
