We had stayed previously and were VERY pleasantly surprised & satisfied, sharing all with family and friends!!
This second stay was nothing but NIGHTMARES from day ONE as we checked into apparently the ONLY room available that had been flooded the day before and stenched of mildew? Unacceptable with toddler & husband just recovering from 31 day Cardiac ICU Stay & heart surgery- def didn't need to be in mildewed room.
Day 2 offered to move, ironically, STILL not even a glimpse of the room we enjoyed previously during our "sales promo" stay a couple months prior.
Which we understood to a degree UNTIL the CONSTANT water leak in bathroom faithfully addressed by maintenance daily was NEVER solved.Gosh,ever grateful we didnt buy in. Where amazing team seemed willing to do their best to make all good, in the end, the MAJORITY of our planned stay to REST & REFRESH following working 18 hour consecutive days hosting a business conference; we were ROBBED of the VERY reason we had booked your resort - to rest, refresh & reset! Instead, we spent the MAJORITY of our time addressing CRAZY Hotel 6 type issues day in &out - totally robbed of our planned for reset time. Should NOT have been! Praying the "in sales promo" PROMISED updates are being completed. If not, BUYER BEWARE!
We Love the location, pool,& in room kitchen; for THAT reason alone will visit again to see IF sales team were being TRUE to renovations promised? If not, will DEF share that for future guests to be aware too!!
