"This is one of the Better Comfort Suites I have stayed at. I choose Comfort a lot to stay in when I’m out of town due to the quality and the cleanliness. This one was very beautiful. The staff was very courteous and helpful and sweet. We would definitely recommend staying at this one in Bay City again and again."

"Check-in was easy except it was pouring down rain and the person on shift or an owner was parked under the covered area, so I had to get out in the rain during a storm. Overall, the property was ok for a cheap place to stay one night. The checkout process was poor. Showed they opened for breakfast at 7 but at 8:15 I had to ring the bell multiple times for someone to come to the outside window because the main door was locked. Once they answered, you could tell that they were still in bed asleep...

"Room was ok. For a one night stay it worked for us but I wouldn’t get one here again. It was lighten up enough that was a plus. Tv couldn’t change the channel,door will jam. They need some required needed repairs. "
