“The staff were very friendly. However, the elevator was broken. The pool was out of service. The room smelled like mold. The clerk was spraying air freshener in the room down from us so they must have complained also. The bathroom was in horrible condition. No one in our room would take a shower because of this. I was extremely dissatisfied with the amount I paid for this room! Luckily they found the last room on the first floor because there’s no way my sister could walk up the stairs. She is……

“The outside halls and sidewalks was dirty. They need to use a leaf blower and blow off all the dust and dirt. After seeing the outside I was pleasantly surprised to see the room clean. I would stay here again if I’m in the area”

“We were welcomed at 1:30 am, by a very friendly night auditor (no one had name tags)Room was spacious but very poorly maintained. Smoke detector was removed from the wall and placed on the stand next to the TV, Standing lamp was totally crooked , nom use. This was an "handicapped" room: door to the bathroom was self closing, closing too fast.
