“By far the best host we have ever stayed with. We appreciated Patsy checking in on us shortly after we arrived and valued her recommendations. The house is absolutely adorable and we loved that it was decorated for Christmas when we were there in January. “Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. ”

“When we were there our whole stay they didn't have hot water . We were told we would get reimbursed for our stay. Well it's 3 weeks since our stay and no reimbursement, and staff at hotel says they are still working on it. I don't believe its coming. This is usually our go to hotel when we come to town, but we will think twice about staying here again. As they don't honor what they say they are going to do. ”
