“Premises is totally in need of an update. At the time of check in, one lady was kinda rude. It was about 15 minutes till check in time and she refused to hand us the keys. Our 1 bedroom was falling apart. Drawers were falling off the cabinet. Decor was very old and outdated. When we went to the pool there was a large group of kids in the pool playing games and being loud and splashing all the time. Then a large group came in with loud music that was not comfortable while we were there. ……

“Yes Our rental was very clean. The parking was easy with good lighting. There were 3 bars and restaurants with in walking distance. The info on the check in was not correct. Also, a call was needed to obtain assistance to obtain entry codes and our door keys. Our rental was prepaid. It was obtained and the remainder of our visit was satisfactory. ”
