"I stayed at the Oregon District property from 4/13–4/18/26. The location is definitely a highlight—it’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown, which was very convenient for getting around.However, there were several issues that impacted my stay. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best fit. The walls are very thin, so I could clearly hear neighbors’ TV and conversations. There’s also a nearby CSX train that runs every 15–20 minutes, which made it difficult to get consistent rest. The futon/sleeper was also quite uncomfortable.I arrived about 30 minutes before check-in after traveling for work and was extremely tired. Unfortunately, early check-in wasn’t available. When I arrived, the housekeeper and her son had just gotten there and rushed in to begin cleaning, which made it clear the unit was not ready. The cleanliness overall was disappointing—there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom, sticky kitchen countertops, stained shower curtains, and visible grime in the shower corners. I also noticed dust buildup on the ceiling fan, which triggered my asthma. Additionally, there were maintenance concerns like a broken dishwasher and holes in the walls.I did take photos and shared them with the host, especially since there were multiple reminders about keeping the unit clean and potential fees for damages. "The Breakfast was great, room and amenities excellent. I ate dinner at the bar, and the food was wonderful as well. The wine options could be better. Sara the bar team was excellent, and Mark of the front desk was a delight and kept the water filled. I will return and stay on my next visit. "

"Very nice place I got special attention and I think that's what everybody gets you right in the middle of things as far as Dayton Ohio's concerned very close to some other amenities I would recommend this hotel they treated me like royalty and highly recommended to friends and family and travelers also it wasn't too expensive!"

"Fantastic location, cross the street from a minor league baseball park (High A level) with restaurants and bars around the park. Clean room and great coffee in the morning!"

"We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night! We will be back as we didn’t get to explore the hotels opportunities or try the restaurant and beautiful bar!"

"There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. She helped me with everything and was very kind so when I’m giving a five star rating to the staff, it’s strictly for her. There were no other staff in the building that I interacted with. It was the strangest hotel I’ve ever been to, but we were thankful We had a place to stay And that she made it pleasant for us"

"Best ever! Exceeded the listing, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, cool decor, thoughtful touches and a safe neighborhood with a park and playground. We walked to dinner only a few blocks away. I recommend Lucky's. Everything was provided including tissue boxes which is uncommon and much appreciated!"

"We will be booking this week every year. Highly recommend for every other week besides the second week of April!Christopher was communicative and extremely helpful. The entire apartment was clean and exactly what we needed."
