“unacceptable and uninhabitable conditions! The lack of running water alone made the room uninhabitable and constitutes a serious breach of basic hospitality standards. The staff, while polite, were unable to provide any meaningful updates or solutions.”

There from 6pm to next morning departure 8am. Only complaint was the VERY musty smell in the elevator - hard for me to breath in such a small confined area.”

“We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night!……

“There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. She helped me with everything and was very kind so when I’m giving a five star rating to the staff, it’s strictly for her. There were no other staff in the building that I……
