"The property was really nice and the pool and hot tub were so great. Kids had a blast. Frequently didnt have towels but the front desk lady was working hard to wash some and get them to us even thought thats not part of what she should have to do. I see her managing the place real soon if she isnt already. She was nice"

"It's usually clean and safe. The staff is nice. There is a basic, free breakfast. Haven't had any issues here. "

"I was very happy with the Hope Hotel. I think the building itself is older (1970s?) but is in excellent condition. The common areas and my room were sparklingly clean (there wasn't even any dirt in the far corners of the bathroom floor, a sign that unlike many hotels the staff here really works on cleanliness). The walls, carpet, and elevators were clean and unmarred (a sign that the staff has gone out of their way to fix scrapes, spots, and stains). The staff (front desk and restaurant) was friendly and helpful. A downside is that there's no included breakfast (which I knew in advance), but the hotel restaurant breakfast buffet was quite reasonably priced (about $10). The location (just outside the main gate) is especially convenient for people with business on the air base."
