On the first and last nights, we heard constant scratching, running, and loud movement inside the ceiling, apparently caused by rodents or other animals. The noise was so strong that it felt as if the animals might fall through the ceiling onto the bed. Because of this, I was unable to rest properly....

“The staff was rude , we were asked for our room card two times just because there was someone trespassing into the hotel, and the staff didn’t ask no one else . We were in the indoor pool, and they locked us after asking for room card two times. They made me feel uncomfortable and racially profile.
