"This property is well situated on Central Floridas major hwy I 4. It’s in a super safe area and at no time was i nervous about arriving late at night. Attentive staff were friendly and knowledgeable. No breakfast is offered…the little store in the lobby has lots of good choices if you decide to stay in. Terrific laundry facilities and a workout area. I struggled with writing this because businesses have really been going through it. This property needs a facelift. There was an actual screw poking out of the bath faucet. The ice maker didn’t work and no ice machines on property. There were no outlets for phones or iPads. Little inconveniences that went on and on. The amenities in the room seemed to be very old. The hair dryer on and off switch was only ON. It was clean and safe with a great staff. "

"Summary of property below, but here's my complaint. There was obvious a wedding party - all good, love weddings, celebrate, yay! Friday night, guests loud in the parking lot (below my room) and in the hallways, but dissipated quickly. Still woke me up. Saturday night was a nightmare. Bass and sound kicked up enough at 1:30 AM that it woke me up. Called downstairs and I was supposed to know where the noise was emanating from...figure out it was from the party/ballroom, but suffered until 2:30 AM when it was over. How is no one checking the sound and moderating it? Property was clean, I think the rooms have been updated, but there is only so much you an do with a 5 story mid-00's atrium, lol, which dates the property, but not a big deal. Will not be back, unless I make friends with someone partying at a wedding until 2:30! Pool is large, lovely, towel service is inside the pool entrance. Not loving $21/night to park in an asphalt lot. Ice machines are on non-sequential floors (2 & 3, but there are 6 floors? Maybe floor 6, which is fancier has it's own?)"

"First room- dirty desk top dresser/tv top, ac was working , room was extremely hot and smelled like mold, mold in shower, second room moved to was nice but tv didn’t work and then was told I would have to leave because they couldn’t do anything to fix issues for our stay of which was due to a family funeral. You took a family crisis and made things worse. I had to struggle to get a new room at another hotel. The night person was wrong and seemed to be trying to get me excited so he could phone police. I hope the footage is reviewed and he is disciplined. I will not stay at this this company’s hotels ever again because of this and will ensure my company won’t either."
