“It wasn't anything special. It was convenient for the location I was in and in better condition then others in that area. I am a reward member and stay I. Hilton property often. I was not pleased . My refrigerator in my room was broken, no microwave, the bathroom was half cleaned along with spotty wifi which made watching TV horrible with all the freezing. The ice machine on my floor was also broken and overall the property is dated. The beds weren't bad and I would stay there again if I had……

“PK helped me check in, he was very helpful. The next day I needed to speak with someone in the office (noon) and the door was locked. I rang the bell and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come. My concern was taken care of at that time. There were a couple times that I felt uncomfortable (I was traveling alone).”
