Location is perfect but nobody informed about the beach and the pier in the pictures was closed due to an erosion problem .. so we could not enjoy the days as expected .. we had to drive to spy beach one day which is not what we want to do .. your Expedia pictures are not updated to recent months .. !

We paid over $1000/night For a single king room. I asked for two extra pillows 3 days in a row and finally I received those two extra pillows. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and made it seem like they were there to help but service was slow and many times I was not even getting my room service till after 4:00 p.m. Additionally, when we arrive we were told we had all the free water we'd like and we've asked several times. Never received any water. For the price I paid for a king size room and yes it was during the Palm Beach international boat show, it was definitely not worth the money. Was pretty disappointed. Sure, if I paid like $300 a night maybe I'd be okay with it but at least expected to have a few things I did ask for. My husband and I are not jerks, so it kind of pains me to write this review but it was my honest opinion.

Wow!! this hotel is the best kept secret in Palm beach What a beautiful hotel the rooms where impeccable The staff was amazing very kind and helpful the only thing I would recommend is a small gift shop so I could by some merch to remember the trip other than that it’s great we will be back !!
